The OpenAI spend is what OpenAI actually billed your whole organization this month; reading it needs an Admin key (sk-admin-…, made at platform.openai.com → Settings → Admin keys), not the key that makes pictures. Gemini has no spend API, so Gemini pages are estimates only.
